Last weekend was Italian Nats round 2 held at the beautiful track "Il lombrico" in Milazzo (Sicily). My car was super fast and consistent for all the weekend. I was in first position from Friday and I've obtained the best time in controlled practice.
In qualifying heats I had some set up problems during the first two rounds, but after it being resolved, I managed to get the second best time in the third round and the TQ in the final round. So I got the second place on the grid for the main. |

Starting with big diameter tires, I planned a race strategy with the tire change at 25 minute, because the track had a very high consumption. All was perfect: car, engine, tires and the team. After a low start (to preserve tires), I was able to take the lead after 5 minutes and I was leading the race until the end. It was a perfect day for Team XRAY. The party was also completed with the third place of my team mate Luca Redaelli.

Another great news was the win of Dante Piersante in F1 Category with his NT1 2015. XRAY also obtain TQ in F2 (junior) category with the young talent Occhipinti Alessandro. |
